Everyone out there was super polite! The area is beautiful and worth the drive! If you want to see true Florida then come here!
We arrived this morning and departed on time for a breathtaking view of Fla backwater. John was our airboat captain. He guided our boat to view 3 female alligators and a dozen or so babies. Also viewed many types of water fowl and turtles. We even caught a glimpse of a Bald Eagle. John was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and answered all our questions. We had a wonderful experience despite the rain shower as our tour ended.

Great experience , kids super excited , lucky to have front row seats , boat not very busy , seen adult and baby gators , turtles , lots of different types of birds , guide was very knowledgable and passionate about wildlife , back at base kids has change yo hold young gator , holiday highlight
Staff is friendly. Enjoyed the airboat ride. We even had the opportunity to see a gator! One frustrating thing is rides were advertised every 30 minutes. We couldn't make a reservation and arrived at 3:25 pm (we assumed 3:30 was the next ride.) Since we were the only ones there, they moved the next boat to 4 pm so we waited a full 30 minutes. Not a lot to do while you wait. The gator from gatorland afterword was a nice bonus. We will definitely be heading to Gatorland on our next visit. GPS Tip: We got close with the GPS but it directed us to turn on street too early. Took us a little longer than needed to find it. Finally when just a little further on the main road and it was right there.
